Regulations for Service Management of the Sustainable Environment and
Biological Core Analysis Platform

1、 鑒於國際社會對食品安全、生物、節能減碳及環境永續等議題日益重視,國立成功
大學生物科技中心(下稱本中心)為建構以環境與生物核心技術為基礎之多元
研究技術平台,並強化各項儀器之管理、維護與有效運用,同時促進產、官、學
之間的轉譯加值與合作交流,特設立「永續環境與生物核心分析平台」(下稱本
平台),並訂定本辦法以資遵循。
In response to the growing global emphasis on food safety, biology, energy
conservation, carbon reduction, and environmental sustainability, the Biotechnology
Center of National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”)
aims to establish a diversified research and technical platform based on core
environmental and biological technologies. To ensure the proper management,
maintenance, and effective utilization of analytical instruments, as well as to promote
translational value-added collaboration among academia, industry, and government
sectors, the Center has established the “Sustainable Environment and Biological Core
Analysis Platform” (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). These regulations are
hereby formulated to govern its operation.
2、 本平台服務開放時段與及預約方式:
The Platform’s service hours and reservation method:
(1) 開放時段:正常上班日上午9時至下午5時。
Service hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on regular business days.
(2) 預約方式:自行於本中心服務使用預約網頁線上申請。
Reservation method: Users must apply online through service reservation webpage
of the Center.

3、 收費方式:
Fee structure:
(1) 服務項目與收費標準,請詳見「國立成功大學生物科技中心永續環境與生物核
心分析平台收費辦法」。
For details on the service items and pricing, please refer to the “Regulations
Governing the Fee Structure of the Sustainable Environment and Biological Core
Analysis Platform of the University Center for Bioscience and Biotechnology,
National Cheng Kung University”.
(2) 本中心於使用委託服務前七日通知繳納費用,並於委託日前繳納完成。
Users will be notified seven days before the scheduled service date to make payment,
which must be completed before the date of use.
(3) 委託人未於繳款期限內完成報帳作業流程,本中心得暫停委託人所屬單位之使
用權限。
If a user fails to complete the reimbursement process within the payment deadline,
the center may suspend the user's access rights.
(4) 委託人如有急件分析需求,一週內完成者,收費標準以原價之1.5倍計收;如
需於三日內完成之超急件服務,則以原價之2倍計收。
For expedited analysis requests, a service completed within one week shall be
charged at 1.5 times the standard rate. For urgent requests requiring completion
within three days, the service fee shall be charged at 2 times the standard rate.
(5) 服務項目若有使用本平台之儀器者,收費將依照本平台之規定辦理。
If any service uses instruments provided by this platform, the charges will be handled
in accordance with the platform's regulations.
4、 服務使用注意事項:
Service usage guidelines:
(1) 委託人於使用本平台服務前,應自行完成實驗樣本之萃取準備,並至少於七
日前透過線上系統預約送樣時間;如需由本平台協助樣本萃取,得另行來電
洽詢。實際上機時間將依本平台各項儀器之排程安排。
Prior to using the Platform’s services, users shall prepare and complete the
extraction of their experimental samples in advance. Sample submission
appointments must be made online at least seven days prior to the intended date. If
assistance with sample extraction is required, users may contact the Platform for
consultation. Instrument usage will be scheduled in accordance with the availability
and booking system of each instrument.

(2) 委託人若須使用離心濃縮機,應事先預約,並在本平台技術員協助下使用。
Users who need to use the centrifugal concentrator should make an appointment in
advance and use it with the assistance of the platform's technicians.
(3) 儀器年度保養維護時間,公告於本平台網站。
Annual maintenance periods for instruments will be announced on the Platform’s
website.
(4) 委託人自行準備之樣品,若導致儀器故障或管柱壓力過高,本平台將直接暫
停上機並通知委託人。
If user-prepared samples cause instrument malfunction or abnormally high column
pressure, the Platform will immediately suspend the session and notify the user.
(5) 所有儀器分析之原始檔案,本平台只保留3個月,委託人應自行備份相關資料
,以免遺失。
All raw data generated from instrument analyses will be routinely deleted every
three months. Users are responsible for backing up their own data to prevent any
loss.
(6) 本平台相關儀器之操作,以本平台技術員操作為原則。
The operation of the instruments on this platform shall be conducted by the
platform's technicians.
5、 本平台將不定期向委託人與單位,提供相關儀器教育訓練課程。課程日期與地點
等資訊,公告於本中心服務使用預約網頁。
This platform will periodically provide relevant equipment training courses to users and
organizations. Course dates and locations will be announced on the center's service
reservation webpage.
6、 使用違規事由如下:
The following are considered violations of usage regulations:
(1) 預約送樣時段未如期送樣,且未提前取消預約。
Failure to submit samples during the reserved time slot without prior cancellation.
(2) 未明確告知樣本性質及危險性造成儀器及操作人員之損害。
Users who fail to accurately disclose the nature and potential hazards of their
samples, resulting in damage to instruments or harm to operating personnel.
(3) 冒用他人名義進行預約,或將個人帳號借予他人使用。
Using someone else's name to make reservations, or lending your personal account
to someone else.

7、 服務使用經發現有前點違規事由,依下列方式辦理:
If any of the above violations are discovered during service usage, the following actions
will be taken:
(1) 第一、二次違規,由本平台管理人向委託人確認違規事由後,以電子郵件方
式通知所屬單位負責人與委託人。
For the first and second violations, the platform administrator will confirm the
reason for the violation with the user and then notify the person in charge of the unit
and the user via email.
(2) 個別實驗室於半年內累計達三次違規者,經本中心行政會議確認後,以電子
郵件方式通知單位負責人,並停權所屬單位全體人員使用本平台服務一個月

If a laboratory commits three violations within six months, the person in charge of
the unit will be notified by email after confirmation by the administrative meeting
of this center, and all personnel of the unit will be suspended from using this
platform service for one month.
(3) 若有特殊重大違規事項,經本中心行政會議確認,得直接停權並予以求償。
In cases of serious or major violations, the Center’s Administrative Meeting may
impose an immediate suspension and seek compensation.
(4) 若因前點違規事由造成儀器損壞時,委託人所屬單位應賠償維修相關費用。
If the instrument is damaged due to improper processing of the sample and failure
to inform the platform technician, the user's employer shall compensate for the
related repair costs.
8、 本辦法經本中心行政會議審議通過後實施,修正時亦同。
These Regulations are to be enforced following approval through the administrative
meeting; the same shall apply to their revisions.
