一、國立成功大學生物科技中心（下稱本中心）質譜多體學核心設施平台（下稱本平台），為提供質譜多體學分析服務，特訂定本辦法。

To provide mass spectrometry-based multi-omics analysis services, the Mass Spectrometry-based Multi-Omics Core Facility Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) of the University Center for Bioscience and Biotechnology, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”), has established the following regulations.

二、服務項目與收費標準：Service items and fee standards:

※ DDA (Data-dependent Acquisition)：儀器在每個循環中自動選取訊號最強的前驅離子進行MS/MS分析，適合蛋白質鑑定及小規模無標記定量分析。 ※ DIA (Data-independent Acquisition)：預先設定m/z區間，同時取得各區段內所有離子的MS/MS數據，適合大規模、高重現性的無標記相對定量分析。 ※ DDA (Data-dependent Acquisition): The instrument automatically selects the most intense precursor ions for MS/MS analysis in each cycle; well-suited for protein identification and smaller-scale label-free quantification. ※ DIA (Data-independent Acquisition): Uses predefined m/z windows to simultaneously collect MS/MS data for all ions in each window; ideal for large-scale, highly reproducible label-free relative quantification.

三、大量樣本專案與優惠方案

本平台大量樣本專案之收費與折扣，因涉及儀器排程、人力配置及耗材成本等因素，將依當年度運作情形及公告之優惠方案彈性調整。優惠方案另行公告於本平台網站並於個別報價單中明確載明；如無公告優惠方案，則依本辦法標準費率計算。

High-Throughput Project Pricing and Discount Schemes

Fees and discounts for large-sample projects are subject to flexible adjustment based on annual operating conditions, instrument scheduling, manpower allocation, and consumable costs. Discount schemes will be announced separately on the platform website and specified in individual quotations; in the absence of promotional announcements, the standard fee rates will apply.

四、本辦法經本中心行政會議審議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

These Regulations are to be enforced following approval through the administrative meeting; the same shall apply to their revisions.
