一、國立成功大學(下稱本校)生物科技中心(下稱本中心)為建立以質譜核心技術為基礎之多體學研究技術平台,及妥善保管與維護各項儀器,特設立質譜多體學核心設施平台 (下稱本平台),並訂定本辦法。
In order to establish a research platform based on mass spectrometry core technology for multi-omics studies and to properly maintain and manage various instruments, the University Center for Bioscience and Biotechnology, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) has established Mass Spectrometry-based Multi-Omics Core Facility Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and formulated these regulations.

 

二、本平台服務開放時段與及預約方式:
The Platform’s service hours and reservation method:

  • 開放時段:正常上班日上午9時至下午5時。
    Service hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on regular business days.
  • 預約方式:自行於本中心服務使用預約網頁線上申請。
    Reservation method: Users must apply online through service reservation webpage of the Center.

 

三、收費方式:
Fee structure:

  • 服務項目與收費標準,請詳見「國立成功大學生物科技中心質譜多體學核心設施平台收費辦法」。
    For details on the service items and pricing, please refer to the “Regulations Governing the Fee Structure of the Mass Spectrometry-based Multi-Omics Core Facility Platform of the University Center for Bioscience and Biotechnology, National Cheng Kung University”.
  • 本中心於使用服務前七日通知繳納費用,並於使用日前繳納完成。
    Users will be notified seven days before the scheduled service date to make payment, which must be completed before the date of use.
  • 使用人未於繳款期限內完成報帳作業流程,本中心得暫停使用人所屬實驗室之使用權限。
    If users fail to complete the reimbursement process within the payment deadline, the Center reserves the right to suspend the laboratory’s usage privileges.
  • 使用人若有兩周內急件分析需求,收費標準以原價之1.5倍計價。
    For urgent analysis requests within two weeks, fees will be charged at 1.5 times the standard rate.
  • 服務項目若有使用本校核心設施中心之儀器者,收費將依照核心設施中心之規定辦理。
    If the service involves instruments from the University’s Core Facility Center, fees will be handled in accordance with the Core Facility Center’s regulations.

 

四、服務使用注意事項:
Service usage guidelines:

  • 使用人使用前,應自行準備實驗相關樣本,並在至少七日前,於線上完成網站送樣時間預約;上機時間依照本平台質譜時間排程上機。
    Prior to use, users must prepare the necessary experimental samples themselves and complete online sample submission and scheduling process at least seven days in advance. Instrument usage will follow the Platform’s mass spectrometry schedule.
  • 使用人若須使用離心濃縮機,應事先預約,並在本平台助理協助下使用。
    If a user needs to use the centrifugal concentrator, a prior reservation is required, and it must be used under the assistance of Platform staff.
  • 儀器年度保養維護時間,公告於本平台網站。
    Annual maintenance periods for instruments will be announced on the Platform’s website.
  • 使用人自行準備之樣品,若導致儀器故障或管柱壓力過高,本平台將直接暫停上機並通知使用人。
    If user-prepared samples cause instrument malfunction or abnormally high column pressure, the Platform will immediately suspend the session and notify the user.
  • 本平台每三個月會定期清空所有質譜原始檔案,使用人應自行備份。
    All raw mass spectrometry files will be routinely deleted every three months. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
  • 本平台相關儀器之操作,以本平台技術員操作為原則。開放自行操作之儀器,須經上課訓練與實機認證通過後,始得預約。若經發現有違規使用情形,依本辦法第八點規定辦理。
    The operation of Platform instruments shall be carried out by Platform technicians as a general principle. Instruments open for self-operation may only be reserved after the user has completed the required training course and passed hands-on certification. Any violation of proper usage shall be handled in accordance with Article 8 of these Regulations.

 

五、本平台將不定期向使用人與實驗室,提供質譜教育訓練課程。課程日期與地點等資訊,公告於本中心服務使用預約網頁。
The Platform will periodically offer mass spectrometry educational training courses to users and laboratories. Information such as course dates and locations will be announced on the Center’s service reservation webpage.

 

六、使用違規事由如下:
The following are considered violations of usage regulations:

  • 未事先預約使用時段而逕行擅自使用。
    Using the equipment without prior reservation.
  • 預約送樣時段未如期送樣,且未提前取消預約。
    Failure to submit samples during the reserved time slot without prior cancellation.
  • 未依正確方式使用或操作儀器
    Improper use or operation of instruments.
  • 未確實填寫使用登記表。
    Failure to accurately complete the usage log.
  • 冒用他人名義進行預約或使用,或將個人帳號借予未認證合格者使用。
    Making reservations or using the service under someone else’s name, or lending one’s personal account to an uncertified individual.

 

七、服務使用經發現有前點違規事由,依下列方式辦理:
If any of the above violations are discovered during service usage, the following actions will be taken:

  • 第一、二次違規,由本平台管理人向使用人確認違規事由後,以電子郵件方式通知所屬實驗室指導教師與使用人。
    For the first and second violations, the platform manager shall confirm the violation with the user and notify both the user and their supervising faculty member via email.
  • 個別實驗室於半年內累計達三次違規者,經本中心行政會議確認後,以 電子郵件方式通知指導教師,並停權所屬實驗室全體人員使用本平台服務一個月。
    If a single laboratory accumulates three violations within six months, and such violations are confirmed by the Center’s administrative meeting, the supervising professor will be notified via email, and all members of the laboratory will be suspended from using the Platform’s services for one month.
  • 若有特殊重大違規事項,經本中心行政會議確認,得直接停權並予以求償。
    In cases of serious or major violations, the Center’s Administrative Meeting may impose an immediate suspension and seek compensation.
  • 若因人為操作不當或刻意破壞而造成儀器損壞時,使用人所屬實驗室應賠償維修相關費用。
    If any instrument is damaged due to improper operation or intentional destruction, the user’s laboratory shall be held responsible for the cost of repairs.

 

八、本辦法經本中心行政會議審議通過後實施,修正時亦同。
These Regulations are to be enforced following approval through the administrative meeting; the same shall apply to their revisions.
