  • 國立成功大學生物科技中心(下稱本中心)為妥善管理、營運及維護核心設施平台各項儀器設備,發揮運作效益,設「經營暨管理委員會」(下稱本委員會),並訂定本要點。
    To effectively manage, operate, and maintain the instruments and equipment of the Core Facility Platform, and to maximize operational efficiency, the Center for Bioscience and Biotechnology of National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) has established the “Operation and Management Committee” (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) and formulated these Guidelines.

 

  • 本要點所稱儀器設備,係指符合下列情形之一者:
    The term “instruments and equipment” as used in these Guidelines refers to items that meet any of the following criteria:
  • 以本中心名義向校內或校外爭取經費購置新臺幣1000萬元以上,並設置於本中心之儀器設備。
    Instruments and equipment purchased under the name of the Center through internal or external funding of NTD 10 million or more, and installed at the Center.
  • 由院系所提報符合資源共享,經本中心經營暨管理委員會與本中心行政會議審查通過,設置於本中心之儀器設備。
    Instruments and equipment proposed by colleges, departments, or institutes that meet the criteria for resource sharing, and approved by both the Center’s Operation and Management Committee and the Center’s Administrative Meeting, and installed at the Center.

 

  • 本中心經營暨管理委員會為執行儀器設備各項營運工作,置委員715人,本中心中心主任為當然委員,其餘委員由中心主任推薦校內外專業領域之專家學者,陳請校長同意後聘任,任期1年,得連任。
    To carry out various operational tasks related to instruments and equipment, the Center’s Operation and Management Committee shall consist of 7 to 15 members. The Director of the Center shall serve as an ex officio member. The remaining members shall be appointed by the University President upon the recommendation of the Center Director, who shall nominate experts and scholars from within or outside the University in relevant professional fields. Each term of service is one year and may be renewed.

 

  • 本中心經營暨管理委員會每半年召開一次諮議會議,審查核心設施平台與儀器設備變更與營運績效相關事項。中心各平台於年底需提報服務績效表(包含預算執行情形)予本委員會審議。
    The Center’s Operation and Management Committee shall convene a consultative meeting every six months to review matters related to changes in the Core Facility Platform and the operational performance of instruments and equipment. It is required that each platform under the Center submit a performance report (including budget execution status) to the Committee for review by the end of the year.

本中心經營暨管理委員會應有三分之二以上委員出席,始得開議;出席委員二分之一以上同意,始得決議。

Meetings of the Center’s Operation and Management Committee shall be convened only with the attendance of at least two-thirds of its members. Resolutions shall be adopted with the approval of more than one-half of the attending members.

 

  • 各儀器設備應置儀器管理人一人,由本中心中心主任推薦,經本中心行政會議通過後聘任之,任期1年,得連任。儀器管理人為無給職。
    Each instrument or piece of equipment shall have one designated manager, who shall be recommended by the Director of the Center and appointed upon approval by the Center’s Administrative Meeting. The term of service is one year and may be renewed. The instrument manager serves without compensation.

儀器管理人每月應召開例行會議,檢討營運內容與績效。

The instrument manager shall convene a regular meeting each month to review operational matters and performance.

各儀器設備應訂定使用管理及收費相關辦法,經本中心經營暨管理委員會與本中心行政會議審查通過後,於本中心核心設施平台網頁公告。

Each instrument or piece of equipment shall have a set of usage and fee management regulations, which shall be reviewed and approved by the Center’s Operation and Management Committee and the Center’s Administrative Meeting, and published on the Core Facility Platform section of the Center’s website.

各儀器設備得聘任專任或兼任助理,惟助理不得為學生身份,經本中心同意後聘任之。

Assistants may be hired, either full-time or part-time, for each instrument or piece of equipment. However, assistants shall not be students and must be approved by the Center prior to appointment.

 

  • 各儀器設備之使用與預約,應於本中心儀器預約系統進行線上預約。
    All usage and reservation of instruments and equipment shall be made through the Center’s online reservation system.

 

  • 各儀器設備正常使用之耗損與維修費用,以該儀器設備收入進行維護為原則,不足經費應由本中心向院校爭取補助。
    Routine wear and tear and maintenance costs associated with the proper use of instruments and equipment shall, in principle, be covered by the revenue generated from said instruments and equipment. If such revenue is insufficient, the Center shall seek additional funding support from the University.
  • 本要點未盡事宜,得提報本中心經營暨管理委員會與本中心行政會議討論決議之。
    Matters not covered in these Guidelines may be submitted to the Center’s Operation and Management Committee and the Center’s Administrative Meeting for discussion and resolution.

 

  • 本要點經本中心行政會議與本中心核心設施平台管理委員會通過後實施,修正時亦同。
    These Guidelines shall take effect upon approval by the Center’s Administrative Meeting and the Center’s Core Facility Platform Management Committee. The same procedure shall apply to any amendments.
